• You must book through a web browser and not the app.  

• It will be easier to use a computer or laptop instead of a cell phone, however, it will work on a cell phone as long as you are using a web browser. 

• If you have not already created a parent portal account, you will need to do so before you can book an appointment

• You can cancel or change appointments as needed, as well as leave a comment for the teacher to see.

• If you are wanting to book sibling appointments back to back, book your first appointment and then switch student tabs and find the next closest appointment time with your teacher of choice.
